FAQs

How long do orders take to process?

All items are made to order. Please allow 5 working days for your order to be made, plus an additional 3 to 4 working days for delivery.

*Custom orders take longer - as they may need boxes, labels etc. You will be given an estimated production date when placing your order.

What about delivery?

All orders are shipped with a tracked courier - either DPD or UPS.

We do not charge a delivery fee for orders over £200.

We only ship to the UK mainland - we do not ship to US, EU, Rep of Ireland or Northern Ireland due to customs restrictions on scented candles and reed diffusers.

Do you allow Amazon / Facebook Resellers?

No. We only sell our products with independent gift shops, farm shops and florists. If you sell exclusively on Amazon, eBay or Facebook you will not be allowed to create an account with us.

Customer Complaints

If any items arrive damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery to arrange for a refund or replacement of the damaged items. Photographic evidence may be required.

If your customers notice any defects with our products, please notify us ASAP. We may need to recall a certain SKU if there is a safety issue.
